La première’s core customer value is to create the most luxury phone in the smartphone industry, which can symbolise our customer’s reputable status and successful image.

For the casing, 24k gold will be used. Gold is a symbol of wealth and prosperous, thus giving users with a premium feel.
Decoration
For decoration, it is up to the client to select on the types of diamonds and Crystals. The design of the decoration will be unique as it will be designed differently depends on our client’s interest. The name of the user will be carved on the phone. A sample design will be shown to illustrate the actual design before the making of product.

It is only applicable to any machinery fault. Old phone will be allow to trade in when purchasing new product. Price will base on the condition of the phone and decide by our staff.
7.2 Price Strategy
As our La H series is a new product, therefore we will be adopting market-skimming pricing strategy such as we will set our La H at a high price with baseline of $10,000. We do not have a cap price. This is to limit the number of customers that is able and willing to purchase it, so as to bring up our branding’s reputation. Although La première will make fewer sales, but it is profitable. Our value proposition is “more for more”, such as one pay more for our product. In return, he or she will get to enjoy the uniquely and customized features and textures of our finished product.

After our product is out in the market for a period, we will then apply cost-based pricing, such as calculating the cost of the La H Series, and then add a percentage mark-up. This allows us to cover our cost of production and provide enough profit-margin for La première. The minimum will be priced at $10,000 depending on the design of the product, whereas there is no limit to maximum
