CM contacted Kelly Aguilar regarding Ericka Gilstrap. Kelly reported that she is the sister of Ericka Gilstrap. Kelly reported that she normally sees Ericka and the children every day. Kelly reported that she has no concerns regarding the safety and well-being of the children. Kelly stated that she has no concerns of anything that goes on in the home. She reported that Ericka helps her with her children, and she is learning a lot from her on how she handles her children. Kelly reported that she was aware that Ericka had involvement with DFCS, because she mentioned the incident to her, and the allegations in the report.
