Effective communication is vital for any strategy to succeed. It is scheduled to how well the objectives are sent to consumers to help them consider how to "get the balance right," Kellogg's success. And evolved different forms of communication to convey the message 'eat to stay in shape "for all its customers. The communication is an integral part of the overall strategy of customer service, and must ensure consistency of message to all concerned. The level and effectiveness of customer service offered a direct impact on market share and profitability costs of the company. this can be applied to any given marketing function as creating brand awareness and motivate staff or facilitate the promotion campaign.

Motivation theory of Maslow's hierarchy related needs. At the bottom of the core, such as air, food, shelter and clothing physiological needs. People who meet a level of need, motivation to change aims to meet the needs of higher order. Therefore, to motivate individuals Maslow suggests that we need to know where in the hierarchy are placed so that each employee can take into account these factors.
Kellogg within each employee is motivated to work through all these levels. When they do, and this provides the positive effects of each employee and the organization. For example:
Physiological needs - Kellogg offers competitive salaries. This gives people a way to get the basic necessities of life. Cornflex flexible benefits program and Kellogg allows employees to select the benefits that suit them. This includes child care vouchers, cash and alternative plans insurance company discount car life.
