Per Reporter: Katelyn and her father (Johnny) had a verbal altercation the night of 5/16/18 at 10:30 or 11pm. According to Katelyn, she said a curse word; in turn Johnny hit her in her mouth. Katelyn’s mouth is busted and swollen; there is a cut in the middle of the bottom lip with dry blood. At that point Katelyn and Johnny began a physical altercation, which resulted in scratches around the neck and upper chest area. The scratches were observed by the Counselor (Ms. Uithoveen). Katelyn was able to run out of the home to a neighbor’s (unknown) home and contact law enforcement. Law enforcement spoke with Katelyn, Johnny and Tina.
