On 02-18-2018 at approximately 1553 hrs., I responded to Pershing Memorial Hospital in reference 2 juveniles in the emergency room due to dog bites. I made contact with a juvenile named Kasey Perry, w/f DOB 07/26/2008, and her mother Tena Batye, w/f DOB 03/19/1968. Kasey advised she was delivering girl scout cookies to Judy Brown with her 3 year old nephew Garret Lucky, w/m DOB 07/01/2014. Kasey advised Judy lives on Harrison Street. Kasey advised when they got near the house a large black in color dog attacked her while Garret was attacked by another dog. Kasey advised she couldn't tell what dog attacked Garret due to Judy having multiple dogs. I observed dog bites on Kasey's lower back and her right leg on her calf. I got permission to take a photo of the bites from Tena. Tena advised she was not with Kasey when this took place. Kasey advised her older daughter Kimberly Degnan was in another room at the ER with her son. …show more content…
Kimberly advised Garret is her son, Tena is her mother, and Kasey is her little sister. Kimberly advised she took Garret and Kasey to Judy Brown's residence on Harrison St. to deliver girl scout cookies. Kimberly advised once they got near the residence dog bolted out of the residence attacking Garret and Kasey. Kimberly advised she couldn't identify which dog bit who due to the amount of dogs swarming them. Kimberly allowed me to take photos of Garret's dog bite. I obtained all of their information and called Sgt. Henke to assist me on taking the
