Per Reporter: Tatum has full & legal custody of Joshua Jr. (Jack). Joshua Sr. only has visitation every other weekend. Joshua Sr. has no running water in his home. The dogs have fleas and ticks, as a result, the home is infested with fleas and ticks. Pictures were taken of the bug bites on Jack’s body when he returned home 6/19/17. Rebecca (maternal aunt) witnessed hearsay that Joshua Sr. uses drugs (methamphetamine) in the home. Robin (Terry’s daughter) confirmed via Facebook that Joshua Sr. and Chris (Robin’s husband) use drugs. Terry is Joshua Sr.’s girlfriend. It is unknown if he drugs are being used around Jack. It is unknown if manufactured/sold. It is unknown if the drugs are accessible to Jack. Jack have not mentioned being physically
