Isaiah Bittner, staff Miguel Rodriquez, Noah Scott and staff Tahirou Kanneh went for a walk outside during exercise block. While walking, Isaiah Bittner started saying "Van ride". Staff Miguel Rodriguez prompted Isaiah Bittner to continue walking and Isaiah Bittner dropped to the ground and began to engage in aggression such as, attempting to bite, grabbed, staff Miguel Rodriguez and Tahirou Kenneh’s shirt, and scratched Tahirou Kenneh on the neck and hands. Tahirou Kenneh then used shoulder check and elbow check to stay behind Isaiah Bittner, while Miguel Rodriguez temporarily, took level of supervision of Noah Scott. Isaiah Bittner was continuously prompted to continue walking until Isaiah Bittner requested for "potty" and was supportive
