Abstract: This case study examines the integrated marketing communication practices in Pond’s, a high end brand in skin care products. It highlights how all departments work with each other, how they are interlinked and lastly if all departments are engaged in marcom activities. By cross-functional departmental work it means that all the above mentioned departments work as a team with different functional expertise towards a common goal.
Usually, in Pakistan companies have a vertical organizational structure, however Pond’s experience a horizontal organizational structure where all line managers can be reached any time and are co-operative to their lower level employees.
