1 Executive summary

I got an excellent opportunity to get an expose to the corporate world during the research project of experimental learning for Human resource Course at Fleming Golf organization.

The objective assigned to me in my research was to evaluate and analyze the Human resources Issues in the company by interviewing the Human resource manager.

The study is based on personal interaction with the Human resource manager of FG organization and he has yielded a true picture of the various HR practices prevalent in the organization.

An Investigation was done using qualitative methods and the findings shows and focuses on 4 major HR issues affecting the organization. Furthermore the issues are then narrowed down using urgency matrix to get better understanding of the in depth situation.

Based on the Issues identified, specific solutions have chosen as they match the criteria much More than other alternatives. In addition, the report comes up with an action plan for Fleming Golf to implemented and I will give suggest solutions. The report shows that Fleming Golf organization is concerned with measuring recruiting talent people; retain talent, Performance appraisal, and training and development for their employees ,
