On 5/3, Hugh visited his Primary care office and was seen by NP Smith for a swollen right knee. His knee was examined and an xray done. Hugh was prescribed a PRN anti-inflammatory for his discomfort. Hugh was ordered to rest, ice, and elevate knee. He was visiting his PCP for camp physical next day and would review xray results with doctor. On 5/4, Hugh saw Dr. Fountain-Ellis for his camp physical and examine knee. His knee was less swollen than previous day but still had discomfort. Hugh was given physical and ordered to continue to have rest, ice, elevate, and use PRN for swelling. Doctor determined swelling could be caused by arthritis or strain as xrays were inconclusive. Lab work was done at the office to check levels. Results were found
