Hi Gordon,

I have a meeting with the provider on Wednesday afternoon. They sent me this new list on Thursday after sending me 3 others in the past. Working on good faith, I was trying to assist them. As a result, they stop calling the NCC and started taken advantage of my kindness. I would like to have the excel completed before the meeting. Going forward, I will advise them to utilize the proper channels. If this can’t been done before then I will advise.
