• Petty Officer Beach traveled to ESD Chesapeake in order to lead a team of 5 technicians troubleshoot ongoing casualty they were experiencing. He drew upon his communications knowledge base to troubleshoot a different MF transmitter and tower field than anything he has previously worked with. Due to equipment and operational limitations the fault was not resolved, but the ESD was made aware the faulty hardware and now has a stronger knowledge
