CCIB received SOC 341 regarding resident Dorothy Klien (age 88, DOB 03/10/29). On 3/31/17, Law enforcement received a 911 call to the facility. RP found the resident who has dementia and was confused, wondering outside of the facility. The resident was the person who called 911. Caregiver Mary Toderean who resided at the home and the only employee, left the premises to go to the store. RP stated that an elderly man and relative of Mary's was supervising.
