Purpose
The purpose of this report was to investigate a company based on our class project, namely Dewaweb, so that we can learn from their company and to give suggestions that would be a solution to their current problems and for the future developments of our company.
Scope
When investigating a company, it is important to include several detail about the company. For Dewaweb, it is important to consider its organization structure, management system, and marketing strategies, because these things are the most important things that needs to be included in the report.

As the members actively participate in its programs and activities, it has been assumed that the implementation of its training programs shows little contribution to improving their network levels. It has also been assumed that Dewaweb didn’t participate in many events, because of this it is assumed that Dewaweb’s workers or employees have poor social skills, since programmers all are working individualistic.
Background
Dewaweb was founded in 2014 and is located in Jakarta,Indonesia. They’re a 100% debt free, profitable, customer orientated company with a solid financial history. Dewaweb provides a range of Hosting and Web Services to consumers and corporate organizations.
Since the start of their operations, they have seen rapid growth in a high demand industry that is built on reliability and trust. It’s hard to believe how far they have come and they are proud to say the majority of their new business still comes from the almighty word of mouth. their customers are loyal, and they still treat every customer as if they are their first.
