I am the former Dean of the School of Humanities Department at Dillard University. I severed on the Search Committee in hiring Dessie Sanders and was impressed with her pleather of knowledge as laid out in her curriculum vita. Therefore, I knew that she would contribute greatly to many of our General Education Program. As per contract agreement, Ms. Sanders was assigned to teach English 111 for the fall 2013-14 semesters. While executing her research, Ms. Sanders worked positively well with other Administrators, faculty, and students.
