Case Study Of D-The Patient

D- The patient discuss how she spent her Easter Day and shared with this writer about a letter she wrote for her son, who is currently incarcerated. The patient reports she hasn't written a letter to her son for a long time and now, felt good about it. Her son responded to her letter and discussed his experience with his mother via letter. This writer discussed about tapering off methadone and the patient reports she is not ready as of yet because she had tried prior and was experiencing withdrawals.

A- Based on this writer's assessment, the patient appears to be alert and oriented. There was no evidence of SI/HI.

P-The next scheduled appointment is on 04/19/2016 at 8 am.
