Hi Mayra,

Cecilia noticed her check for 07/15/2016 was paid at a rate of $15.45. She was working for Senderos and was getting paid $15.45. MH hire her for Admin clerk (temp) duties at a rate of $11.62. Erika Carmona submitted a PAF so Cecilia can be assigned to Mental health only. Can you please let me know if her PAF was approve? Please see below Erika’s email.

FYI- Her previous check before 07/15/2016 had a rate of $11.62.
