On Wednesday 03/23/16 at 2327 hours I was dispatched to the St. Elizabeth Hospital located at 1455 Battersby Ave in Enumclaw, WA to contact a victim of a possible domestic violence assault, which occurred at 5115 Auburn Way S. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Dennis Anderson, stated his daughter Ceceilia Anderson was assaulted by James Fryberg and Ceceilia was being treated at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
I contacted Ceceilia in the emergency room of the hospital. Ceceilia told me at about 2130 hours she and James were at James parents residence, 5115 Auburn Way
S, and had argument about James owing her money. Ceceilia said she called James some "nasty" names, and James became upset and told her to leave.

Ceceilia said she left the residence without further incident and Dennis later took her to the hospital because she was bleeding from a laceration on the back of her head.
I looked at Ceceilia's head and observed a laceration, which was about one inch in length running vertically up and down on the back right side of her head.
I took photographs of Ceceilia's injury, which I later copied to the V:drive.
The doctor treating Ceceilia told me Ceceilia did not suffer any serious injury.
I asked Ceceilia what her relationship was with James, and she told me they are
"sort of" friends. I asked Ceceilia if she and James had ever lived together or were ever in a dating relationship, and she said "no" to both.
I asked Ceceilia if she wanted to press charges against James for assault, and she said no, because she did not want him to go to jail. Ceceilia went on to say she did want to get an order to protect her from James and I explained to her she would need to obtain one through court.
I obtained a video statement from Ceceilia. I later copied the video to the
V;drive.
