There is not enough information to go on to find out how the Director of nursing and the nursing staff arrived at their decision on how to provide care for Grace’s treatment. It seems like to great deal of information gathering took place and it seems like they were just interested in treating her condition without regards to her wishes and whether the care would make a difference or not in treating the patient condition.
