Candidate Frasier gave a detailed brief with understanding of the five-paragraph order. SNC covered all aspects of the coordinated instructions. SNC was confident and clear in giving the brief to his fire team he was taking notes prior to beginning the brief while reconnoitering the area. This took a little more time than needed and he did not begin his brief in a timely manner. On SNC’s initial plan, he was able to get one fire team member over the wall with the rope. He had effective use of his fire team and communicated well throughout the mission. Candidate Frasier’s fire team was able to get to the second wall and obtain the ammo can.
