1.1 In case study 1 meets to the mission statement because the target audience is going to be the people who is over 50years of age and may have health issue or concerns about that. Mission statement says that the employee team will improve the knowledge of heath services as well as prevent services. So the employee team will be able to use their knowledge to the target audiences. Also it meets their vision. On their vision, they say that they are premier provider of wellness. Target audiences will definitely willing to keep being healthy. Besides those, case 1 says on the advertisement, they will make health assessment and support to be clear. That truly meets their values especially integrity. Business objectives and key performance indicator …show more content…
But this case is quite against to their vision statement, because this idea is developed by the CEO of Bounce Fitness Club. In spite of vision statement says they will develop and implement programs and services through the evolvement of an empowered employee. Within business objective and key performance indicators, it is said that continue to cultivate fitness’ image as the premier long-term wellness program provider. That will certainly match with case2’s plan. Because what on this plan is, they will hire alternative professional successful therapists and make it suit for the customers. I think this plan can be called as cultivate image. Within business strategy, it can be said that they are eager to educate their staffs. Also those age’s people know valuable things. So they want the fitness club to be clean and tidy, friendly and polite staffs, and not too loud music. They might want some information about heath. Elderly people tend to wake up earlier so club need to open early morning. Those targets have a disposable income so we can have quite flexible pricing options but if there are too many options it would make target audiences to be confused. Therefore, we will simply have three options. One of them is a term option such as Monthly, 6 months, and 12 months member. The next one is whether they put personal training or small group option. The last one is individually healing option. Furthermore, we will set a discount option. The word-of-mouth communication is the best influence. So if some customer would introduce their acquaintance, we would give a discount to both of
