According to Bob’s 2015-16 academic school year Individual Education Program (IEP), Bob’s performance in his previous general inclusion classroom met each of his classroom goal. Bob mastered staying seated for a 30 minute instructional period when prompted less than three times and correctly solving Curriculum Based Measure of math numbers and operations composed of five multiple step word problems requiring two columns. Bob’s has academic strengths with reading third grade level material fluently, recognizing sight words through the third grade level, and reading short passages and identifies the main idea on the third grade level.

Bob’s parent reported concerns of Bob’s classroom behavior. Bob is unable to stay stationary in a classroom
