On Monday, March 21,2016 I saw Bill Franicola hiding in room 107 I was in 106 mechanical Room at Cassel Hall, where I was in doing paper work. Then on March 22, 2016 the door lock was changed, however at Wednesday, March 15, 2015 Maintenance 3 meeting nothing was mentioned. When I talked to Joe on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 I told him this was Pitt's fault Harry's on Administrative Leave. We plead with him, past Maintenance Director Bob Kauffman, Mary Ann, Scott Coffman, Union Steward to change our work shift or tell employees to sign in and go to their work area that we were being harassed and worried about William Franicola Gang making allegations against us. I told him to talk to Mary Ann, Carl Rossman, Vice President and Pitt in Oakland
