About the dates in question about the claimant’s date of injuries of August 5, 2017, as well as July 26, 2017. Mr. Raigoza claimed he was working on both of those times as the only information that he is aware of involving slip and fall of a customer was reported to him on Sunday, August 6, 2017, at approximately 5:00 PM. He claimed that he did not have the schedule for who was working on both of those dates in question and did not have the authority to ascertain that information to provide for this investigation. Brennan and of the confidential nature and purpose of the interview, Scott, provided the following information: Scott said she was employed by Security Guards Inc, WSK & Associates Consulting Group 600 North Park Road, Wyomissing, Pa. 19610 (610) 375-4747 for 8 years. She has been laid off since February 2015. Scott worked in her fathers, Wally Scott, courtroom until he retired then she worked in Judge Hadzick courtroom. Scott explained that her father retired in December 2014 and Judge Hadzick took over in January 2015. On Thursday 03/29/2018 at approximately 2205 I was instructed by Lt. E. Gonzalez #122 to assist Officer E. Hernandez #216 at Marina Hall (located at 6515 Ocean Drive Corpus Christi which is on Texas A&M University-Corpus Christ) with talking with the neighborhoods. Upon arrival I activated body camera #5 and made contact with an individual by the name of Austin Lucero (student/resident) who lives next door in apartment #2121. I advised Lucero about the incident that occurred next door. I asked Lucero if he has been in his apartment all day, which Lucero advised that he arrived to his apartment a little before 1920 and was at the lobby area of the building until 1930 when he headed to the food truck and did not come back until approximately 2120 to the apartment.…
On 3/13/2016 SO EMT Perez was dispatched to GV-311 regarding an alarm that the resident could not turn off. SO EMT Perez knocked and announced his presence at the door and was verbally invited in by the resident. The resident a Mr. Jack Wilson stated that an alarm woke him up by his bedside and could not figure out where it was coming from. On Saturday, the 6th of February, I was working at my station when Lorena, the supervisor arrived. She asked me if I had changed the lock on the locker that was behind the Whiskey Down. I told her no because I thought she was referring to the big locker that everyone has a key to. She told me that they told her that the lock would not open. The three employees from the San Francisco location (Holly Thomas, Vanessa Morris, and Brittany Johnson) posted a series of negative post about the meeting and the decision that was made. The hispanic males were lead last in the showers which they didn't fully understand, due to the prison's politics including seperation of ethnicity and sex during the shower time. As I arrived to class on Wednesday 25, 2017 my professor Peter Saint John decided that we needed a bigger room due to the fact that we have a lot of students in such as a small classroom. Therefore, with his suggested and other students in the classroom, we decide to go upstairs to a bigger room on the 3rd floor of Magnuson center. As we were going upstairs there was a meeting going on in the building and my professor decided to check it out and had a conversation with the people involved. The meeting that was taking place in the room was a Beat meeting or CAPS and its purpose is to have people around the neighborhood attend to state any sort of crime or unlawful acts going on in their community.
