CM Gilmore made an unannounced visit to the residence of Jessica Levi, to ensure safety and well-being of VC Benjamin Levi listed in the report. Paramour (Tony) greeted CM at the door, who contacted Bmo Jessica Levi. Paramour allowed me to come in the home while we wait on the arrival of Bmo. Paramour reported that he was visiting for the holidays, and he doesn’t reside in the home fulltime. After about 20 minutes, Bmo arrived at the home. CM explained the reason for the visit. BMo immediately reported that she has DFCS history, because every time he gets spanked he want to tell his teacher. BMo reported that she spanked him, because he urinated on the floor of his bedroom.
