IRTC spoke with assigned CPS, Michelle Harris, who reported that the subject child was observed today with a bruise on his left arm which reportedly occurred when the alleged subject pinched him after the subject child pinched another kid. CPS expressed that the alleged subject acknowledged pinching the child and is no longer working at the location. CPS voiced that she was unable to speak to the child about the incident because the child’s mother stated that the “child moved on” and she did not him interviewed. Andrea Yates was a previous Houston, Texas occupant who executed her five kids on June 20, 2001 by suffocating them in the bathtub in her home. She was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life, but a court of appeals reversed the conviction and found her insane. She had been languishing over some time with extremely serious post pregnancy anxiety and baby blues psychosis. Her case put the M'Naghten Rules with the Irresistible Impulse Test, a lawful test for rational soundness, under close open examination in the United States. On 01/21/16 I contacted Ashley Herring at her residence at 3320 W. Justice Road in reference to a domestic battery call. Ms. Herring said on this date her live-in-boyfriend of 13 years, Brian Mott, battered her because there were no cigarettes in the residence. Ms. Herring said Mr. Mott yelled and cursed at her, took her HP Pavilion laptop computer from her and threw it on the ground destroying it, and then pushing her off of their front porch. Mayor Erin Stewart is hoping with the new baseball team coming to town, it will revitalize the city once again. However, economical experts seem to believe the New Britain Bees will not cause an economic boom as hoped for. Donn M. What started out as a scraped knee, in mid-July, became lethal to 3-year-old Ashley Pacheco. At the time of the incident, Ashley’s parents cleaned the wound twice with rubbing alcohol and gave her a hug, unfortunately, one week later, Ashley battled a fever that just kept rising. Seeking the help of doctors at a local clinic, Ashley’s parents were told that she would be on the mend quickly, but when her temperature spiked to 104 degrees, and her left leg was swollen from her toes to the top of her thigh, her parents knew that action needed to be taken. Anna Stubblefield, a professor of Ethics from Rutgers University, was recently convicted of aggravated sexual assault. Stubblefield allegedly assaulted a student who suffers from cerebral palsy.
