Case Study Of An Immigrant To Parent

I received a phone called from the parent of 61099. Parent called today because according with her she informed to Ms. Vincent that she can’t continue in the program because she is a working parent and the hours (8am-2pm) don’t work for her. According with parent Ms. Vincent contact her and visit her but never informed that we offer full day services. Parent stated that if she knows that we offer full day services from 730 to 530 she keep child in our program because she go out of work at 5pm.

At this point application is abandoned. I need you verify information with Dany to know how to approach this case. I promise to parent that I will return her call by Tuesday 8/22.
