The first theory is Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs which created by Abraham Maslow. Abraham Maslow always believed that psychological forces can boost human behaviour towards their daily life activities. Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs has five levels which are psychological needs such as food at the bottom, sense of security such as financial and jobs at the second level, love and belonging at the third level, esteem needs and the last one self-actualization on the top two level of the pyramid which is hard to achieve for everyone.
