On October 4th, 2016 at approximately 12:10 pm; PA Keaira Howard was working the front desk at Miner Village when she received an incoming call from Resident Terresa Knowles from Tinaja 103 B. Resident Knowles asked PA Howard if AD Elisa Espinosa was in and if she could please talk to her if so. PA Howard informed Resident Knowles that AD Espinosa was out to lunch and if she would like to leave AD Espinosa a message. Resident Knowles then proceeds to ask if maybe PA Howard could help her with her problem. PA Howard responded she could try. Resident Knowles then went on to state that she needed to talk to AD Espinosa about switching rooms, because she had a panic attack a few weeks ago that caused her to end up in the hostpial.
