The counselor utilized a therapeutic worksheet to have Chloe check-in and identify how she was feeling. Chloe was able to identify and verbalize she was feeling “relaxed” because she was able to talk with the counselor. Counselor educated the purpose of their session was to explore the dynamic of the relationship between her and her father.
