Please accept this as a formal notice of my resignation from Inova Fairfax Hospital sterile processing department from January 23, 2017.
After a careful consideration I have made the decision to resign. However, while I have been in Inova Fairfax Hospital I have got wonderful experience and valuable opportunities to learn and grow so I am very grateful to have been part of this organization.
