At times she gets off task with her work, it is typically because the lesson is bland and involves lots of paper and pencil work. I would suggest adapting her lessons in a more hands on way, assessing her in the same manner. I believe that Kaleigh has the ability to be successful, knows a lot of what she is being taught, and has a very high drive when it comes to her schoolwork, however often panics when she knows that she is performing something for a grade. This could be highly related to feeling like she needs to fit in and craving the need for attention. Being more relaxed with assessments and considering letting her take them in a more interactive way, I believe will show a true assessment of her knowledge. As a general education teacher I would also try and be more aware of the bullying issues that are occurring, shutting them down as quick as possible to help regain her self-esteem and allowing her to be less attention seeking, which in return will keep her on task in the classroom
