- I think waste management is a long-standing problem that we have addressed. But when and who came up with ECOR or a similar idea first, and how long did it take to realize this concept?

There's no clear starting point. ECOR is not one idea, it’s thousand ideas over decades. These things cannot come about unless as an individual you commit to a certain distance vision and you stay true to it for decades.

I was fascinated with the notion of the connection between buildings and nature in every way. Their connection with the sun that you could heat and cool building with no mechanical equipment and no burning of fossil fuels.
