Case Study: Neveah's Father

Neveah's father (Charles) has court order custody. The court order for custody stated that: " Neveah is to attend school in Louisiana." Neveah attends school in Rankin County in Mississippi. Charles enrolled Neveah in school at Creek Elementary School on August 1, 2017.
Charles is no longer in the home with Neveah. It is unknown how long Charles has not been in the home. Neveah's grandfather (Dominique) is taking care of her. Neveah stated that:" Her father (Charles) is gone back to New Orlean to look for work and a house, and my Papa (Dominique) is taken care of me." It is unknown if Dominque is aware he needs temporary guardianship for Neveah.
The reporter spoke with Neveah at her school (Creek Elementary) on 9-22-17. Neveah is talkative
