My first physiological NANDA diagnosis is activity intolerance related to immobility and a sedentary lifestyle as evidence by inability to perform daily activities due to pain from H.M’s osteoarthritis (Ackley & Ladwig, 2014). My second physiological NANDA diagnosis is risk for infection related to an improper use of an invasive catheter placement of peritoneal dialysis as evidenced by inability to describe proper sterile technique and management for peritoneal dialysis. (Ackley & Ladwig, 2014). My psychosocial NANDA diagnosis is social isolation related to inability to engage in satisfying personal relationships due to peritoneal dialysis 4 times a day as evidenced by H.M. stating that she feels socially isolated from her friends and has difficulty
