My Experience at Texas Roadhouse Usually when people go to a restaurant, they plan on having an enjoyable and relaxing time. Many times dining out can turn out to be a positive experience, but sometimes it can be the complete opposite. The goal of many restaurants is to provide quality food and service for customers in hopes that they return and reward their place with excellent reviews. In particular, Johnny Carino’s near the sunrise mall in Brownsville gives an outstanding dining experience because of its cleanness, amazing service and delicious food that’ll leave you mouth watering. Carino’s promotes great sanitation, when in the bathroom there are about 3 signs that insist all employees must wash their hands. Their restrooms and filled …show more content…
As you walk into Carino’s you may notice the lights dimmed down and the atmosphere is relaxing. The Hostess are always great, they provide a warm welcoming smile and are always polite to customers. The overall staff is just great, they all have smiles on their faces and are always very polite and welcoming. When seated you get to choose from a nice isolated booth made of high quality wood and cushioned seats. The waiters show up shortly after being seated. The servers are always on time and very consistent in visiting each table an equal amount of times; they have tremendous motive and are willing to do anything to provide what the customers need. They all have great attitudes and do their jobs to the best of their ability. The food comes out within minutes and is served at your table fresh off the grill. The servers work as a “team” so if one if busy with other customers a different server is sure to bring you your delicious food. In the kitchen there is a kitchen manager who makes sure the food is always cooked properly and ready to be served, so there are rarely any mistakes with the orders. If something is to go wrong the kitchen manager is notified right away and assists the customer until they are pleased with their plate.
