I called Ms Clark, he stated since he moved to Oregon, many issues happened. He said that "they" took his car, with equity to pay her rent, but they did not pay, so he became homeless. He stated also that "they" told him will use the equity to pay his student loan. He said that his equity was about $10,000.-

I asked him who are "they" he said many people, including the DHS in collusion with his church and his employer.

Then he said that when he applied for SNAP at the 122nd Ave and Stark, they laughed on his face saying that he is making too much money.

I opened the DHR,and I was able to see that he is receiving SNAP since 06/01/16. He said yes, but because he could not get SNAP before he could no pay his rent and he lost everything.
