The basic need of all Enterprise systems is the need to continually improve processes according to changing business needs and lessons learned. Every need/requirement goes through in phase of sprints within an organization. The translation of the requirement into a functional specification then moves to the phase of development of a functionality of the mentioned application taking into consideration the multiple objects and integration from multiple systems. Salesforce falls into alignment of the Quote to Cash process where we deal with objects of a customer relationship manager. Objects such as Lead that converts into an Opportunity to sell a Product to an Account (Organization/Customer) to either closing the deal as a Won deal or Lost Deal, which if won will move on to the phase of signing an agreement electronically which would all be an automated process, and only then will the Product be electronically posted to the …show more content…

Salesforce and SAP integration is essential to streamline processes and enhance visibility, but this requires bridging the gap between SAP and Salesforce Cloud that is a software as a service. Dell Boomi is an integration tool which is provided as platform as a service. This tool helps map data and fields from SAP to Salesforce Cloud with prebuilt connectors for SAP and Salesforce to configure integrations and ensure customer, revenue and product data is all in sync.
