Case Study: Meeting With Shania

Staff had tried to meet with Shania on multiple occasions during this week. Staff had asked Shania to meet with her and the response from Shania, “I’ll think about it.” However, she meet with Teresa the Psych Rehab Specialist to create a resume.

In addition, Shania had been refusing her medications throughout the week on a consistently basics. When asked if she is willing to take her medications, the response is, “no.” When asked why she does not want to take her medications, the response is, “cause I don’t want to take them.”

Also, Shania has missed her appointment with Ashley from TIP this week. However, staff was in contact with Ashley this week. Ashley spoke with Shania’s mother in regards to buying rubber sheets for the bed. These sheets
