1. PAD OIC: The position is vital to TF MED operations as medical coordination for patient care with various external entities i.e. Prezren Hospital, Sistina Hospital, Spatali Amerikan Hospital and Landstuhl Regional Medical (LRMC) needs a representative of higher ranking officer. The level of interaction also extend to KFOR, JMED, the BDE and the AST. In the absent of the OIC, the NCOIC equally contribute to the mission requirement, as they also plan and adjust to any last minute requirement that needs immediate attention. The NCOIC enforces all policies and ensures compliance.

2. PAD NCOIC: The NCOIC needs to be flexible and ajar in every aspect. A deployment operation is much different from a state side hospital PAD operation. Due to
