I will give you two of my strengths and two of my weaknesses. As a manager, you have to be able to give direction. Your co-workers look to you for guidance so that they may perform their job correctly and in a timely matter. I make sure that I'm well organized because if I'm all over the place then I can't expect my co-workers to be organized because they would say, she doesn't keep her area clean and organized, so why should I? When you're organized then you're able to get things done more efficiently. I also show empathy. When you show that you are empathetic towards your co-workers it lets them know that you can relate to them and understand what they may be going through. I also like doing incentives for them. When you give incentives it gives them encouragement of doing their job properly. My strength and Weaknesses

Strengths
Weaknesses
Great Communication Skills- You have to have good communication between you co-workers. If you are unable to communicate what you need from them or what their job is then they are unable to perform properly.

Saying no- It is very hard for me to say no to doing something for the company. I always like to make the company shine and be successful.
A Team Player- If you can't be a team player then this may cause conflict. If you can work with your co-workers then you can't expect for them to be able to work
