For Macy’s to maintain their high-end reputation, they must recruit employees who are willing to do anything and everything for the company. Although they might not be the face of the company, they still have great responsibilities behind the scenes. Macy’s offers a wide range of positions including; store manager, logistics manager, finance, accounting, human resources, credit operations, marketing, loss prevention, food management, product development etc. The recruitment process for Macy’s doesn’t really begin until the employer is able to evaluate a couple weeks worth of work.
