According to Lydia’s WHDOAS assessment score, her overall score was 34.04%. This score indicates that Lydia has experiencing moderate difficulty in daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and socializing. Lydia scored mild in understanding shared content and communication, however, scored moderate and severe in finding solutions to tacks and starting/maintaining conversation. Overall Lydia’s self-care indicated “no difficulty”, but showed moderate in poor eating habits. At therapy, Lydia has addressed how she is aware of her actions and desires to feel better by the start of summer break.
