The situation I will be sharing of where the power and prestige theory was presented is my summer baseball coaching job. This past summer I hired as an assistant coach for a 17 year old Long Island baseball team. The organization that the team was affiliated with was an organization that I have been involved with since the very beginning of my baseball career.
