JOB: LEADER COACH

Description
The Leader Coach will shepherd, encourage, and train Life/Community Group Leaders. The Coach will do this by helping the leader connect, grow, serve, and share as God leads. The Coach will be the point person for the leader to connect with the church and be cared for in his/her role as Small Group Leader. The Coach will work with their ministries Pastor to develop Life/Community Group Leaders and Coach Apprentices (future) to partner together in fulfilling the Great Commission of Matthew 28. The Life/Community Group Leader Coach’s primary focus is to care for, equip, and send out Life/Community Group Leaders who will live out their faith wherever they go by simply loving the people around them.
