Case Study: Landscaping Business

Decent Essays
Last spring when I began my Landscaping Business I had to negioate price with another Landscape company.
I was interested in buy some of his equipment and customers’ accounts. He offered me a price way out of range. I gave him a direct no as I had done some research on what a startup Landscaping business should cost and he was 3 times the cost. I took into consideration that his customers’ accounts were ones he had had for 5 years and they always paid on time. He ten offered another deal that was a little lower, but it was not the price I had in mind. It was not a waste of time because I did get an idea of how he would be to negioate with. I did not know him before hand so it made it hard to know what kind of person I would be dealing with.
