Lakeisha is a customer service professional. Her last position was with Dial America as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, she would handle both inbound and outbound calls, update and verify patient’s information, and answer questions. She would have loved to stay there a long time but they downsized. Prior to this, she worked as a Youth Care Specialist at Resource Treatment Facility. She was responsible for caring for patients, maintaining their files, and evaluating the patients every day.
