Presenting Problem: Joshua is hostile towards his parents using verbal intimidation, arguing and physical violence towards his younger brothers. He has repeatedly threatened to kill his mother, including on 2 separate occasions he held a gun to her head. No report of suicidal ideations. He believes that she abandoned him during his childhood. Its reported that he consistenly becomes physical with his younger brothers usually making them cry. Recently his father has gained an alliance with his mother which resulted in a disruptive relationship with his father. He has run away from home 9 times.
