Jose Peppers, a Tex-Mex restaurant at the legends outlet. They were hiring throughout the summer of 2017. Many people say working at a restaurant is hard; either because it gets busy often or because they expect you to work many hours. Jose Peppers isn’t a place you’d like to go if we get busy it’s either because any other restaurant has a waiting list. Jose the manager, a short-tempered Hispanic who seemed to have a soft spot for young girls and was really perverted. He would often come to the hosts stand to flirt with the underage hostesses. However, he wasn’t alone, many of the male servers followed suit. This was one of the many reasons in which Jose Peppers could not keep many employees and were understaffed.
