Professional Section: Job or Occupation in Five Years My present occupation is a Customer Support Manager in the Central Policy Group for Cummins Inc. I like my present job and plan to remain in this job for the time being. I’ve been in my present job for little over four years now and I still enjoy it. Currently I help manage our Policy spend on our select customers who have an engine in for repairs while outside of warranty and their extended coverage. This could also entail assisting with known issues with our product. On top of my normal day-to-day work, I’m also the business owner of our Policy application website. Within the next five years, I’m not exactly sure where my career will transition into. My past experience has been in the information technology field within Cummins, but a little over four years ago I transitioned into the role I’m in today. I’ve gained so much experience from my current position from a technical side and a business side, of which I had no knowledge of before. In the back of my mind I’ve always enjoyed dealing with the customer side of the business. Whether it’s been in the I.T. related or even in my current position. I’ve thought about being a sales position, but I don’t believe that it’s in personality or my nature to be in sales. I’ve been thinking of some kind of support or directly assisting our customers’ side of the business. Though, I’m not exactly sure what that will be yet, but that’s where I believe I could be headed. I believe obtaining my Master’s Degree, learning the business while developing my professional self, and develop professional relationships would possibly point me in the right direction on which direction I want to take my career. I plan on having a stronger and healthier relationship with my wife and my family by setting aside time for them and by planning specific activities with them that will create memories we can both cherish for life.
Personal Section: Goal 2 I plan on doing this by first furthering my education by achieving my Master’s Degree to gain more of a business knowledge, further my education and further my career at Cummins Inc. By achieving this education I hope that it helps point me in the direction I want to take my career that I can set new goals and work towards my retirement. I feel that if I can accomplish these goals, in my later years I will be financially stable.

In the next five years I plan on continuing by living and having an active and healthy lifestyle. I want to continue to workout daily and try to be as healthy as possible as I get older. I plan on doing this by seeking healthy and mature personal relationships.
