SC, Jennifer Stoker contacted Consumer rights & services concerning BO. SC spoke with Teresa Tronosco. SC informed Teresa that Bo’s provider is calling SC to find him another provider. SC noted that the provider is calling the police on BO in effort to force him to choose another provider. SC also noted that she informed the provider SC can’t move Bo to another provider unless he choose to. SC noted Pam want SC transfer to another provider because she can’t control his behavior. SC noted Pam want the SC find him another group home as well. Teresa noted SC need to continue to informed the provider it is not her choice and she will have to continue to be his
